The DataMate™ Web app is a tool designed as a control panel for operating your Mobile WaterLink® Spin meter via Bluetooth® or connecting to your WaterLink® Spin Touch device.
- For Users of the Mobile WaterLink Spin:
Pair your Mobile WaterLink Spin meter with your phone or tablet using the Bluetooth® control panel in Settings. Once paired, utilize the app to initiate a test, with results appearing directly on your device upon completion.
- For Spin Touch Users:
Spin Touch users can run a test on the meter's touch screen without the need for pairing with a phone or tablet. Transfer the results to the app simply by using the "Send" button.
- Stored Historical Test Data:
The app conveniently stores the last 10 sets of test results, allowing users to access and review them at any given time.

- DataMate Web Account Benefits Include:
- Log into your active DataMate Web account via the app to access advanced features tailored for Field Service Pool/Spa professionals' daily operations:
- Download all assigned Work Orders within a two-week window or create new ones instantly
- Seamless external app integration provides turn-by-turn GPS directions to your customer's location
- Effortlessly gather test results from various sources, enabling the on-board recommendation engine to provide step-by-step chemical treatment instructions directly on your device
- Email notification feature allows you to send professionally styled e-doorhangers to customers, outlining completed water treatments and service tasks, complete with custom photos
- Synchronize data with the DataMate™ Web server opportunistically, working offline when necessary and syncing when cell service resumes
